Preventive

Routine care keeps small problems from turning into bigger ones.

Cleanings & Exams

Routine cleanings, digital X-rays, and thorough exams keep your oral health on track, and allow for problems to be caught early, when they’re more manageable. A complete set of images will be reviewed with you so you know exactly where things stand.

Gum Disease Treatment

Scaling and root planing are treatments that allow for a deeper clean below the gumline, treating gum disease before it reaches the surgical stage.

If you need gum grafting and surgical gum treatment we’ll connect you with a specialist Dr. Siegel trusts.

Curodont

Some cavities show up on an X-ray before they ever break through the enamel. At this point, the usual answer is “let’s watch it.” Curodont offers a more proactive approach. It’s applied directly to the tooth, where it’s absorbed and used to remineralize the area of the tooth that’s experiencing early stages of decay. When the conditions are right, an early-stage cavity can be stopped before progressing to a stage that requires drilling or filling. It’s a one-time treatment, recommended when cavity prevention may still be possible.

Restorative

A conservative-first approach to care. A filling before a crown, a crown before an extraction, and nothing before it’s needed.

Fillings

When a cavity is past the point of prevention, a filling removes the decay and restores the tooth. We’ll walk through why a filling is needed, using your X-rays.

Crowns, Inlays & Onlays

A crown allows you to keep a badly damaged tooth that would otherwise be lost. What’s left of the tooth is used as a structural core, which the crown is secured over. It’s a custom cap that’s shaped to look and function like the tooth it’s protecting. When a tooth needs more than a filling but not a full crown, an inlay or onlay restores just the damaged portion and preserves the rest. We use an intraoral scan to create a 3D digital rendering of your teeth, which the dental lab uses to craft your restoration. No impression trays and a more precise result.

Bridges

Replacing a missing tooth is important for more than appearance, as the teeth around a gap can begin to shift, the bite can stop lining up, and the space can become harder to keep clean. With a bridge, crowns are placed on the teeth at either side of the gap, and a custom tooth, made by a lab, fills the space. It’s permanently secured, restoring a complete bite.

Root Canals

When the nerve inside of a tooth becomes infected or inflamed, a root canal can clear out the infection, saving the tooth and relieving the pain that usually comes with it.

Dentures

Dentures replace missing teeth with a removable set. It could be a full arch replacement where no teeth remain, or a partial where the denture set fills gaps around the teeth you still have. We take precise, digital 3D scans of your mouth, which we then send to a dental lab that custom-makes the dentures.

All-on-X

All-on-X, also called All-on-4 or All-on-6, replaces an entire upper or lower arch with a fixed set of teeth that are supported by four to six implants. This provides a stable, long-term result for patients who are missing, or are in the process of losing, most of their teeth. When an arch is failing, there’s a point when repairing individual teeth one by one stops being the most effective option. Dr. Siegel will tell you when you’ve reached this point.

The treatment is a team approach where a trusted surgeon will handle the implant placement, and Dr. Siegel will design and complete the restoration (the teeth themselves).

Cosmetic

Creating a smile that makes you smile more.

Teeth Whitening

Professional whitening is available at strengths no over-the-counter product is allowed to match, and can break down years of coffee, wine, and everyday staining in about an hour. Whitening does have its limits. For example, it won’t lighten restorative work like crowns, veneers, and fillings, and when it comes to white spots it can actually make them stand out even more. This is why Dr. Siegel tailors care for each individual, letting you know what whitening will do for you, and when a different tool would work better.

Icon Resin Infiltration

White spots on your teeth are patches of enamel that have less mineral than the surrounding tooth. The discrepancy can occur when acid from plaque pulls minerals out of the enamel, often around braces. It can also occur from fluorosis, which happens when a child gets too much fluoride while their teeth are developing. Whatever the cause, Icon treats these spots without the need for drilling or numbing. The area is etched, dried, and filled with a thin resin that soaks into the enamel and is then set using a special light. It only takes one visit, and once the resin sets, the spot blends in with the rest of the tooth.

Veneers

Veneers are thin porcelain shells that are custom-crafted to blend in with your smile naturally, covering up chips, gaps, uneven edges, or discoloration that whitening can’t fix. Most porcelain veneers are a permanent commitment, because they require the removal of a thin layer of enamel. However, some cases qualify for no-prep veneers, where the porcelain is bonded directly to your teeth without any enamel removal. Before beginning treatment, Dr. Siegel will walk you through all of your potential options, making sure that veneers are the right choice for your aesthetic goals.

Clear Aligners

Clear aligners are a discreet treatment option, using a series of clear, removable plastic trays that gradually shift your teeth into place. At Noble, aligners are a great option for mild to moderate correction.

If your case is more complex, or if you need teen orthodontic treatment, we’ll connect you with an orthodontist Dr. Siegel trusts.

Smile Makeovers

When the goal is bigger than one or two teeth, the planning gets bigger too. A smile makeover starts with a real conversation with Dr. Siegel where he puts photos of your teeth up on the screen and sketches out ideas on an iPad while you explain to him what you’re looking to change. That way everything becomes less theoretical and more concrete from the very first conversation. From here, Dr. Siegel will map out which combination of treatments will get you the results you want, whether that’s whitening, aligners, veneers, restorative work, or a little of everything.

Surgical

From extractions to bone grafting to dental implants, Dr. Siegel plans treatment precisely using 3D imaging, and makes sure you know exactly what to expect.

Extractions

Extracting a tooth can be necessary for many reasons, ranging from not enough room in the mouth to the tooth being damaged beyond repair. When it makes more sense to remove a tooth than keep it in, Dr. Siegel will make sure you understand the reasoning, as well as what comes next, whether that’s a bridge, an implant, or leaving the space as is. He handles routine extractions as well as erupted or partially erupted wisdom teeth. If a wisdom tooth is bothering you, give us a call and we'll let you know if it's something he can take a look at.

Bone Grafting

Bone loss in the jaw can happen due to gum disease, infection, or years of wearing a denture, but the most common cause of loss is the removal of a tooth. Once the tooth is gone, there’s no root to stimulate the jawbone, so it shrinks. Bone grafting rebuilds or preserves the bone so that there’s a solid foundation for treatments like dental implants.

Dental Implants

A dental implant replaces a missing tooth, restoring function and stability to the mouth. Dr. Siegel places and restores his own implants. The process starts with the placement of an implant in the jawbone where the root of the tooth once was. The bone then fuses to the implant over a multi-month healing process. A crown is placed on top, designed to be a close replica of the natural tooth it’s replacing. An implant doesn’t rely on surrounding teeth for support, and because it acts as the root of a tooth, it keeps the jawbone healthy.

Additional Services

The rest of what Noble offers, from comfort to emergencies.

Botox for TMJ

For patients who are experiencing jaw tension, clenching, and other TMJ-related discomfort, Botox can offer relief by relaxing the muscles that are at the center of your discomfort.

Night Guards

A custom night guard protects your teeth from grinding and clenching during sleep. Our night guards are crafted in a dental lab using digital scans of your teeth, so they fit your mouth exactly. This makes them something you’ll actually wear, unlike the off-the-shelf boil-and-bite guards that will likely spend more nights in a drawer than in your mouth.

Nitrous Oxide

Nitrous oxide is a mild sedative gas that can help with anxiety during dental treatment. It’s delivered through a small mask that goes over your nose, and you stay awake and aware the whole time. The effects wear off within a few minutes of the mask coming off, and most people are able to drive themselves home afterward.

Dental Emergencies

Same-day emergency visits are available when the schedule allows. If something hurts and you need to be seen today, give us a call and we’ll do what we can to get you in.
